To request a repayment extension, you can access the "Record" page, select the relevant order details, and choose the "Extension" option. Please note that an extension fee will apply. 6. What are the rules for using coupons?

Please ensure you use the coupon within its expiry period. The available coupon types are as follows:

  • * Waiver Coupon: Reduces the payment amount when applying for a loan. Please use it during the loan application process.
  • * Rate Coupon: Lowers the loan interest rate when making repayments. Please use it accordingly.

7. How are overdue fees calculated?

In the event of an overdue order, you will incur daily overdue fees. To avoid this, we strongly recommend that you repay your loan on time. 8. What should I do if my repayment fails?

9. Why is the IFSC Code I entered being shown as invalid?
